There is free on-road parking outside but subject to availability, or the free village car park is a short walk away.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable
If you need to cancel you must inform us in writing at least 7 days before the event, and at our discretion, and only where possible, we will offer you a transfer to a future date. Because catering and venue numbers must be locked in with the hotel in advance, we cannot offer transfers if you cancel within this 7 day window.
Event Cancellation
In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel the event, a full credit will be issued to be used for our next scheduled meeting.
