Since 2012, Buckinghams Media have spearheaded the checking of business credentials to ensure every supplier we work with is professional and fully compliant. Back then we were the first in our area to set these standards; over 14 years later, we remain committed to partnering only with those businesses who value transparency, service and professionalism as much as we do.

CAN YOU TICK THESE BOXES?

  • We expect all businesses to be registered with HMRC for tax purposes.

  • You must have Public Liability Insurance, all the necessary licenses, permits or qualifications to work in your category.

  • You agree you don’t have any outstanding legal actions against you from customers or suppliers.

  • We require 3 references:

    Venue - Supplier - Client (you can supply a link to your Google reviews if you don’t have authorisation to share a couple’s details)

  • You must have a clear deposit, payment and cancellation policy alongside your Terms of Business.

  • Images you send us must represent your own work. We do not accept stock images for use in your portfolio.

    We will only feature high quality images with photographer credits, even if this falls below your quota allowed.

  • Cake makers and food companies MUST be registered with the local Environmental Health with either 'Exempt' or 5 star rating. 

BECOME AN APPROVED MEMBER

With "Approved Member" status and your business details in both the online Fizzydo Directory & printed Fizzydo Wedding Magazine, you’re telling couples: "I am a pro, I am local, and I am vetted."

£195/year or £20/month

12 month membership includes:

  • ‘Approved Member’ badge for use on your website & marketing

  • your business details listed in your category in the printed Fizzydo Wedding Magazine (twice per year)

  • online business profile page in the Fizzydo Wedding Directory with gallery, web, social links bio*

  • permission to submit real weddings & styled shoots for consideration*

  • profile links to and from any posts in which your work is featured

  • ‘Often works with’ link to other member collaborators

  • social media & newsletter welcome

  • 10% discount on Fizzydo wedding fairs

  • 10% discount on Magazine single-issue ads + Free artwork

  • 10% discount on Business Club services (e.g. website design)

  • access and discounts to exclusive member events**

*All images submitted are subject to editorial review to ensure a consistent aesthetic for our couples. Inclusion is at the discretion of the Fizzydo Creative Team.
**Most social events are pay-as-you-go for food and drinks; special venue visits, Business Club and larger-scale events may require additional fees to attend to cover costs e.g. speaker, food & drink etc.
