Shooting at this recently renovated Manor House in North Lincolnshire was amazing. The owners have thought about every detail; the light airy preparation spaces, manicured gardens and rustic charm of the barn!
Stylists, Stories of Events, organised this workshop, called Elevate. Sarah focused on creating content for the entire venue with two different sets of model couples and two very different looks at the venue. It was a fantastic opportunity to shoot at this new wedding venue so close to where I live.
For me my favourite part of the shoot was bridal preparations. Alex got ready in front of the large Georgian windows and we had chance to take some stunning portraits of her in the Arianna Bespoke gown. I also made the most of shooting some stunning details, incorporating details from Lucy McSpirit Designs stationery.

Bridal portraits were complimented by some moodier, more serious portraits of the Groom, in an adjoining bedroom.
We continued these portraits of Gregor in the smart black tux from Groom Formal.
Bridal dresses from Nicola Anne Bridal were showstoppers and the perfect amount of drama for the venue!
When it came to the styling each area was so unique. The ceremony space boasting light and airy with showstopper florals by Emma Cox Brocante at the end of the aisle.
Flowing white draping, romantic candle light and rustic, dried foliage decorated the barn with a large hanging table plan hanging from the beams was there as a major talking point. Plus, not forgetting the incredible cake table, adorned with multiple cakes, macarons and fruits.
The other set up in the main house was full of colour, boasting pattern on pattern, with handmade table cloths, colourful crockery and another statement cake, all complimented by the patterned wallpaper of the dining room.
