There is one unloading area at the front of the venue site - see map
A member of the Fizzydo team will show you to your stand but all stands have the exhibitor name on
To avoid bottlenecks and delays we need a team spirit

🚗 Park in the Exhibitors car park which we will direct you to on the day - parking in the main car park is reserved for guests

Setting Up Your Stand
✅ You are responsible for the safety and security of your stand and possessions.
✅ Check banners are secure.
✅ Ensure your belongings are safe

No live candle sticks please

samples must be labelled correctly and your allergy/notices etc clearly displayed. Please bring napkins for sticky fingers!

please check sound levels with your neighbours

complimentary tea and coffee is available - location TBC
Power ⚡️
if you require power please bring your own PAT tested extension cable. We cannot guarantee any will be available at the venue.
Table Cloths 💡
due to the rustic style tables at the venue cloths are not needed but please feel free to bring your own
Breakdown ⛓️💥
if there is a lull at the end of the event, please don't break down. There may be guests in other areas who have not yet reached you
Issues 🙋🏼♀️
any issues please don’t wait until the end to let us know as it will be too late to try and put it right

please be vigilant during the event and look out for one another.
