BOOK YOUR SPACE TODAY

Category spaces are capped and sold on a first come, first served basis. Please book your space ASAP to avoid disappointment

    1. You must have Public Liability Insurance

    2. Food company? You must be EHA registered with a 5 star rating - we WILL check

    3. Your electrical equipment must be PAT tested

    4. You agree not to promote, sell, tag, display, or misattribute third-party/competitor businesses or event content at Fizzydo events.

    1. Complete the booking form.

    2. We’ll check availability.

    3. If space is available, we’ll confirm with you.

    4. You’ll receive a £50 deposit invoice.

    5. Spaces remain on sale until your deposit is received.

    6. Balances are due 6 weeks before the fair.

  • Edge spaces - these are against a wall (or similar) so book this if power is essential for your stand. Please bring a PAT tested extension cable.

    Middle - these are back to back spaces which do not have access to power

    Saloon & Ballroom - the two largest rooms

    Great Hall - the main entrance, Fizzydo Check In, Kelmarsh Hall stand

    Hunting Passage - a 2 stand space on the main thoroughfare which includes a large marble table or alcove display

    Black & White Corridor - a 2 space corridor before the Ballroom

    Artisan is reserved by prior agreement only for teeny price point suppliers

    Outside space is for cars, games, trucks

  • IMPORTANT:

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Transfers to another event are allowed once only, at the discretion of Fizzydo, for a £25 administration fee, if requested at least 30 days before the event and only within the same season.

    • No transfers will be accepted within 30 days of the event.

    • Transfers are subject to space availability. If no space is available, the deposit will be forfeited.

    • All transfer requests must be made in writing.

    • Due to past abuse of discretionary goodwill, this policy will be strictly enforced in all cases.
