£50 non-refundable deposit, per fair, to reserve your space.
Spaces remain on sale until your deposit is received.
Balances are due no later than 6 weeks before the event.
We accept BACS transfer
*Please note: multi-fair discounts are applied to balance invoices and do not apply to linen hire, power or add ons. Fairs MUST be booked at the same time to be eligible. Payments made in full are made up of the £50 non-refundable deposit and the balance payment as per our terms & conditions.

All rooms are situated on the ground floor wheelchair access
‘Edge’ spaces have access to power
‘Middle’ spaces are back to back, no power
Great Hall · main entrance, Fizzydo Check In, Kelmarsh Hall stand.
Saloon & Ballroom the two largest rooms.
Hunting Passage a solo space on the main thoroughfare which includes a large marble table and alcove display
Black & White Corridor the corridor before the Ballroom
Bridal Prep Room (downstairs, beauty & bridal only please)
Staircase Hall by the grand staircase
Outside space for cars (£69 per vehicle) or games
