Since 2012 we’ve quietly maintained minimum standards of professionalism from the businesses we work with.

For us, it’s always been important to vet our clients and members to ensure they work to professional standards.

We don’t shout about it because for us, the demand for professionalism has always been a given, not a new invention.

We’re not the wedding police so if you are running a respectable and registered business we look forward to welcoming you.

STEP 1. Can you tick these boxes?

  • Are your registered with HMRC for tax purposes?

  • You must have Public Liability Insurance, all the necessary licenses, permits or qualifications to work in your category.

  • You agree you don’t have any outstanding legal actions against you from customers or suppliers.

  • You should be able to provide industry related references if required

  • You must have a clear deposit, payment and cancellation policy alongside your Terms of Business.

  • Images you send us must represent your own work. We feature high quality images with photographer credits.

  • Cake makers and food companies MUST be registered with the local Environmental Health with either 'Exempt' or 5 star rating.

TOP TIP - write any long text e.g. your ‘About Us’, separately to the form and paste in - that way if anything crashes or doesn’t send you don’t have to re-write it!

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are for 12 months. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if annual subscriptions are cancelled within the 12 month period. Upon the renewal date, annual members may cancel their subscription or renew for another 12 months or pay monthly.
