Shipping

We offer shipping to addresses within the UK. We regret we do not offer international shipping.

Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man

Good news! We do ship to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man but please contact us about postage costs before placing your order so we give you an estimate of the shipping costs. Once we have received your completed order we may need to issue an additional shipping invoice to cover the exact postage costs in case of any last minute variants in order items or shipping costs etc. Please contact intouch@fizzydo.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Goods delivered to the Channel Islands may be liable for Customs duties, in accordance with the Channel Islands import rules, for which you are entirely responsible. Please check with the relevant local authorities. We regret we are unable to advise you on this.

P.O. Boxes - for security reasons, we reserve the right not to ship to PO Boxes. Should this effect your order we will contact you.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us but in the event you need to return an item to us, we're here to help.

Non-faulty items

Returns:

Please inform us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item, that you wish to return the item. The returned item must be received by us within 28 from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or credit note, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must be able to present the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Our agreement to give you a refund does not apply if the returned item has any faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.

Exclusions: We regret we cannot accept returns of earrings, food, personalised items or made to order items but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
