What to expect at our Wedding Fairs
If you're looking for a soulless line of tables around the room then our wedding fairs are probably not what you're after.
If instead you want beautiful inspiration, creative ideas, a choice of services for a range of budgets and a relaxed atmosphere where you don't feel hurried or overwhelmed, then you're in the right place!
What do we need to do to attend?
Well firstly, choose from our list of wedding fairs and find the ones you’d like to visit.
Next you can book free tickets on our website or just pay on the door when you arrive.
We recommend booking free tickets in advance. Why?
Because it’s FREE!
We’ll keep you notified about any updates e.g. time changes

Our Exhibitors
Our exhibitors are carefully handpicked to give you eye candy inspiration alongside realistic expectation.
We all love to see show-stopping displays and let our imaginations run wild, but realistically there’s little point showing over the top inspiration that’s so expensive no one can afford it!
Instead we’d rather show you beautiful ideas that you can adapt to your price range by either toning them down or enhancing them.
Always look for suppliers who are happy to work to YOUR budget, not theirs!
We understand budgets and expectation are subjective, but we’re here to help you realise your wedding dreams, not dash them.
Choose suppliers who are willing to have an honest discussion about your budget, be that large or small.
They should be happy to advise you with tips and advice on how to make your budget go further.
Our wedding fairs offer the chance to find a wide range of credible services.
We don’t allow money making schemes or irrelevant services to exhibit at our wedding fairs.
We put the quality of our stands over the quantity ever time.
If you’ve ever visited a wedding fair with table tops simply covered in leaflets, a clipboard and pen with nothing else to show, then rest assured our wedding fairs are VERY different.
Visiting a Fizzydo Wedding Fair offers a superb opportunity to explore a fabulous venue and meet some great local suppliers under one roof.
Many of our exhibitors have special ‘fair only’ offers too meaning you get the chance to save some money or get added extras when you book them.
Exhibitor Credentials
You’ll find wedding suppliers who are insured and experienced in delivering superb services to couples across the region, many of them recommended by the venues you will visit.
ALL our exhibitors are asked for a copy of their Public Liability Insurance before they can work with us. We suggest you do the same. You’d be amazed how many ‘fly by night’ businesses don’t have it.
The same goes with wedding cake and food companies. Any and all businesses that provide food, whether that be cakes, catering or a simple candy cart, should be registered with and inspected by their local Environmental Health if they want to exhibit with us.
The Food Standards Agency website is the place to search the register. You’re looking for a 5 Star Rating or in some circumstances, Exempt. Be aware local councils can sometimes be a little slow adding newly registered businesses to the register but you can always call them if you don’t see your cake maker or caterer listed. We’ve always found them to be very helpful.
NOT ALL WEDDING FAIR ORGANISERS ASK FOR THESE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
What if we’ve already booked our venue elsewhere? Can we still come?
Absolutely.
You are welcome to attend whether you're just starting out, looking for your venue, need EVERYTHING or you’re after some finishing touches. We, along with our partner venues and star supplier line ups can't wait to welcome you.
