Set up time - from 9am

BRING YOUR OWN TEA AND COFFEE TO THIS ONE PLEASE!!! The recent refurb means we can’t have a tea station sadly so please bring your flask!

Arrival - the Fizzydo team will show you to your stand which has your name on it

Unloading - To avoid bottlenecks and delays we need a team spirit - please unload and MOVE YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR STAND!

Risk Assessment of your stand - you are responsible for the safety and security of your stand and possessions. Please check all cables are neatly tucked away and there are no trip or fire hazards around your stand. Please check banners are secure and not likely to fall forward. Please ensure your personal belongings are kept safe (e.g. mobile phones, laptops are not left unattended) as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage howsoever caused.

Cake Makers - samples must be labelled correctly and your allergy/notices etc clearly displayed. Please bring napkins for sticky fingers!

Entertainment - be mindful of nearby stall holders and check sound levels

Refreshments - Please bring a packed lunch.

Need Power? - it is your responsibility to bring your own PAT tested extension cable. We cannot guarantee any will be available at the venue.

Table Cloths - remember to bring your own table cloth if you haven’t hired one!

Breakdown - should there be a lull at the end of the event, please don't take it upon yourself to break down. There may be guests in other areas of the venue who have not yet reached you - thank you! 

Issues - if you have any issues during the event, please don’t wait until the end to let us know as it will be too late to try and put it right - please come and tell us immediately.

Vigilance - please be vigilant during the event and look out for one another.

Don't forget - pens, paper, diary, business cards, leaflets, samples, mints, lunch!
