THERE ARE TWO UNLOADING & PARKING ZONES DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION

Old Hall & Villiers Room

Unless advised by us, exhibitors are in the Villiers Room (see attached map). A member of the Fizzydo team will be happy to show you to your stand on arrival. All stands have the Exhibitor's name on. 

Unloading - To avoid bottlenecks and delays we need a team spirit - please unload and MOVE YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR STAND!

Risk Assessment of your stand - you are responsible for the safety and security of your stand and possessions.

Check all cables are neatly tucked away and there are no trip or fire hazards around your stand.

Check banners are secure and not likely to fall forward.

Ensure your personal belongings are kept safe (e.g. mobile phones, laptops are not left unattended) as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage howsoever caused.

Food Trucks - park in your usual spot by the Villiers Bar door please

Wedding Cars - in front of the Old Hall (you might want to park safely out of the way in front of the church until unloading has finished!)

Parking - NO EXHIBITORS TO PARK IN FRONT OF THE OLD HALL

Cake Makers - samples must be labelled correctly and your allergy/notices etc clearly displayed. Please bring napkins for sticky fingers!

Live Music & Entertainment - please check sound levels with your neighbours

Refreshments - Brooksby are kindly providing complimentary tea and coffee in the Villiers Room BEHIND the white curtain. Please bring a packed lunch if required.

Power - if you require power it is your responsibility to bring your own PAT tested extension cable. We cannot guarantee any will be available at the venue.

Table Cloths - remember to bring your own table cloth if you have not hired one!

Breakdown - should there be a lull at the end of the event, please don't take it upon yourself to break down. There may be guests in other areas of the venue who have not yet reached you - thank you! 

Issues - if you have any issues during the event, please don’t wait until the end to let us know as it will be too late to try and put it right - please come and tell us immediately.

Vigilance - please be vigilant during the event and look out for one another.

Don't forget - pens, paper, diary, business cards, leaflets, samples, mints, lunch!
