Spaces remain on sale until your deposit is received.
Balances are due no later than 6 weeks before the event.
We accept BACS transfer or Debit/Credit Card
*Please note: multi-fair discounts are applied on the balance invoice and do not apply to linen hire, power or add ons. Fairs MUST be booked at the same time to be eligible. Payments made in full are made up of the £50 non-refundable deposit and the balance payment as per our terms & conditions.

Set up is from 9am
Parking is available on site in the allocated car park (we are keeping the space at the front of the hotel free from cars)
Complimentary tea & coffee is available during the event. Please bring a packed lunch if required.
