Because we are a curated Collective, all members must meet our professional standards. Please ensure you meet all the criteria below before securing your spot. By maintaining these standards, we protect the reputation of the entire Collective.

1. Verify Your Business: Ensure your business aligns with our compliance checklist below.

2. Choose & Pay For Your Membership Plan: Choose a simple monthly plan or get 2 months free with a yearly plan!

3. Complete Onboarding: We’ll send your Membership Form and a private Dropbox link. Our team will hand-build your bespoke showcase page.

4. Members Badge: We’ll issue your exclusive Members Badge to link back to Fizzydo and give your SEO a boost.

Membership includes a business listing in the Fizzydo ‘Little Book of Venues & Suppliers’ directory, printed twice a year

CAN YOU TICK THESE BOXES?

  • Our members must be registered with HMRC for tax purposes.

    You must have valid Public Liability Insurance, and we will ask for a copy of your certificate to keep on file.

  • You agree that you do not have any outstanding legal actions against you from customers or suppliers.

    You also agree to inform us immediately if your business ceases trading.

  • You must hold any necessary licences, permits, or qualifications required to work legally within your specific category (e.g. an alcohol licence for mobile bars)

  • Cake makers and ALL food companies MUST be registered with the local Environmental Health with either 'Exempt' or 5 star rating.

  • You must have a clear deposit, payment and cancellation policy alongside your Terms of Business.

    • Client References - no admin for you - we’ll cross-check your client reviews

    • Industry Connected - for validation, please provide one venue and one supplier referee

  • Images must represent your own work - no stock photos. We only feature quality images with photographer credits, and all images are subject to editorial review
